Faster than Amazon & eBay!

Evolve have today made several upgrades to our web and database servers which sees a 5% increase in speed across the board, making our websites rank faster than online giants such as Amazon, Sainsburys and eBay.

Speed is important to Evolve and our clients because Google now uses the speed of your website when determining a websites position in their rankings.

Configuration changes to our web servers, database servers and software, together with a new extension which boosts speed have also been implemented for those clients under our hosting and management services which saw an average speed increase of 12%.

In one example our client Young Free and Jingle saw their website speed rise an incredible 17% from 71/100 to 88/100 in the Google Speed test available with the Firefox web browser, faster than major online retailers such as Amazon (85/100), Sainsburys (70/100) & eBay (87/100).

More configuration changes to improve the performance of our website are planned in the coming months.
